Wins over Rancho Bernardo, Vista and Coronado led the boys’ water polo team to a 3-1 record at the America’s Finest Tounament in Coronado. The Wolverines only loss between Sept. 21 and 22 was to Cathedral Catholic by a score of 12-9.
The Wolverines beat Rancho Bernardo 19-6 then beat Vista 14-7 before losing to Cathedral Catholic. The Wolverines then defeated Coronado 10-9.
The Wolverines stand a 7-5 overall. They play Huntington Beach on Friday, Sept. 28 then begin league play against Crespi on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
