Bakari Bolden ’14 and the Wolverines boys’ golf team will play in their CIF regional tournament May 6 at Lakewood Country Club, the course where the boys shot a team total of +23 in their Mission League Finals match last Tuesday.
The team finished third overall in the Mission League, led by Bolden who shot a 73 and captain Michael Aronson ’13 who shot a 75. Bolden finished fourth individually with two-day, one-under par total to advance to the individual round of CIF. Aronson’s brother Jeffrey ’15 almost joined Bolden individually with a two-day total of +4, losing in a playoff to a St. Francis player for the 9th individual spot in the Mission League to advance.
