Parents’ Association sponsers lecture series

An expert on children’s issues, Jim Steyer, will speak Oct. 25 as the first in a lecture series sponsored by the Parents’ Association. His lecture is entitled “The Internet: Do You Understand How Much it Affects Your Children, How It’s Changing Their Lives and What You Can Do About It.” Steyer lectures on civil rights and children’s issues at Stanford University. The series is being organized by Program Vice Presidents Cathy Conn (Elizabeth ’08), Hillary Fogarty (Charles ’10, Sam ’08) and Kim Shah (Nisha ’09, Kishore ’06). The first three lectures will take place at the Middle School. The next three will occur at the Upper School.
