Former Wolverine Kristin Quinn â02 led the Amherst volleyball team to victory over rival Williams College this fall, 20-30, 30-27, 30-27, 30-20. The Lord Jeffsâ win over Williams allowed them to qualify for the NCAA Tournament, where they eventually lost to MIT in the second round.
Quinn was first in blocks per game and hitting percentage in the NESCAC Conference.
She was rewarded by being named to the 2006 All-Conference First Team by the NESCAC.
