No impact on school so far

The Writers Guild of America strike has not yet increased the number of students on financial aid, but could have an impact on Annual Giving revenue.

If the strike continues, families could cut their Annual Giving donations. Annual Giving revenue makes up about $6 million of the school’s $60 million budget, Chief Financial Officer Rob Levin said.

The financial aid office will step in to help families who “have encountered substantial and unforeseeable financial difficulties during the course of their children’s years at the school,” according to the financial aid policy.
