The choral department hosted a festival in Rugby Auditorium for the Southern California Vocal Association at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Bel Canto and Chamber Singers performed with choirs from four other schools. Each of the six groups performed for a rating in the advanced chamber choir category.
Some of the songs scheduled to be performed “Il et bel et bon” by Pierre Passeure and “I Am Not Yours” by Z. Randall Stroope.
Both choirs spent most of the semester preparing.
Harvard-Westlake singers also acted as hosts by announcing their performances.
