The actor who is best known for playing Theo in “The Cosby Show,” Malcolm-Jamal Warner, will host the second Jazz Poetry Night on Feb. 27, where students will perform poetry and music.
Warner has performed at the National Black Theatre Festival since 2003, in addition to hosting its Poetry Jam. He is currently starring as Dr. Alex Reed on the new BET sitcom Reed Between the Lines.
The event runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees must RSVP to Alumni Administrator Janiece Richard ([email protected]) to gain attendance.
