History teacher Eric Zwemer died peacefully Sept. 13, President Rick Commons said in an email to the school community. Upper school students, faculty and staff will honor his memory in an assembly tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. in Taper Gym.
“He will be remembered for his broad erudition, dry wit, and deep affection for both students and colleagues,” Commons wrote in the email.
The school’s counseling team will be available for all members of the school community throughout the day tomorrow.
“Please join me in keeping Mr. Zwemer, his family, and his many friends in your thoughts and prayers,” Commons wrote in the email.
