The author of the Business of Life class’s textbook, the CEO of electrical connectors accessories company Glenair will talk to the class Monday, May 20 about productivity in Ahmanson.
Peter Kaufman, who has worked at Glenair since 1977 and served as a director of Wesco Financial Corporation until 2011, will explain how simplicity of thought can boost productivity in his talk, “Beyond Smarts, Beyond Effort–Getting the World to Do Most of the Work for You.”
“Given our current struggle to help students manage time in the facing of daunting academic, co-curricular and non-Harvard-Westlake demands, we hope that our students will find these insights valuable,” instructor Rob Levin said.
