Boys’ volleyball beats Alemany to even league record

    By Luke Holthouse

Matthew Douglas ’15 had 15 digs for the boys’ volleyball team today in its win over Alemany in three straight sets. The Wolverines improved to an even 3-3 in league play by beating the Warriors by a score of 25-13, 25-23, 25-19.

The win came on the heels the Dos Pueblos Tournament last weekend at the Thunderdome at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The Wolverines went 4-2 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament before falling to Oak Park. The Wolverines stand at 9-5 overall on the season.

The last game before Spring Break for the Wolverines is on Thursday, when the Wolverines host St. Francis for another Mission League matchup. The Wolverines lost at St. Francis in straight sets in their season opener.
