Following its first loss of the season on Friday, Sept. 7, the boys’ varsity water polo team bounced back with a 16-6 win over Los Osos on Tuesday in the third game played thus far in the Copses Family Aquatics Center.
The Wolverines held a 12-6 lead after the third quarter, and closed the door on the Grizzlies with four unanswered goals in the fourth.
With the victory, the water polo team is 2-1 on the season and will compete in its first away match at Dos Pueblos High School on Friday, Sept. 19.
