Cross country meet rescheudled due to heat

By Julius Pak
The first cross country league cluster match was rescheduled for Tuesday after it was canceled last week due to extreme heat.
Temperatures at times exceeded 100 degrees Fahrenheit last week.

Despite the high temperatures, the cross country teams still held practice throughout the past week.

It is expected that
the temperature will remain in the low-to-mid 80s for the league cluster
match that will be held at the original location, Crescenta Valley
Park. This match is one of three league matches,
including the league final match, that will determine not only this
year’s league champions, but also the qualifiers for the CIF
preliminaries in November.
