Cross country teams narrowly lose opening meet

The boys’ and girls’ track and field teams opened their season by hosting St. Francis and Sacred Heart on Thursday. The boys’ team was edged by St. Francis 63-64. Sacred Heart defeated the girls’ team 62-65.

Both teams will compete at the Notre Dame Invitational this Thursday.
