Girls’ golf continues strong season

The Harvard-Westlake girls’ golf team has continued its strong season by winning matches against Notre Dame and Chaminade. In addition, the squad also finished first in The Mid-Season Tournament on Sept. 22 at Balboa Park Golf Course. The team is currently 3-1, having lost to Alemany by just 2 strokes.

Josie Baker ’18 has played strongly in all the matches, and has led the team in the last two matches. She shot par in The Mid-Season tournament, and a 35 at River Ridge Golf Course.

The team plays Marlborough on Oct. 5 at Wilson/Harding Golf Course, Flintridge Sacred Heart on Oct. 6 at Chevy Chase Golf Course and Louisville on Oct. 13 at Encino Golf Course before finishing starting its CIF run on Oct. 19.
