The varsity girls’ soccer team won 3-2 against Newbury Park tonight, with strong playing both offensively and defensively.
The game was scoreless for the entire first half, until the first goal of the season was scored by by Annabelle Heisel ’19. This was followed by goals from Montana Reilly ’16 and Courtney Gazmarian ’16. Lindsay Avant ’17 made multiple difficult saves in the goal.
The squad continues next to the OC Winter Showcase to face off against La Habra Dec. 4.
