Girls’ tennis advances to CIF Playoffs second round

After going undefeated to clinch the Mission League title, the girls’ varsity tennis team eliminated Simi Valley High School in the first round of CIF Playoffs Wednesday.

With a final score of 15-3, the team propelled itself into the second round of CIF Playoffs, set to take place this Friday, Nov. 8. The Wolverines will face Los Alamitos, a team they showed well against the last time they met.

Captain Levi Craske-Curtin ’14 attributed part of today’s win to the fact that “everybody managed to come, so we had a bunch of alternates which we rarely have, and I think everybody played really well.”
