Girls’ water polo to face Arroyo Grande in Irvine tournament

Having beaten every opponent this season, the girls’ water polo team will begin playing in the Irvine Tournament on Thursday.

The team won its last two league games against Louisville and Marymount. On Monday, the girls defeated Louisville 21-2. On Tuesday, the team faced Marymount and won 22-1.

So far this season, the team has won all of its games by at least a six point difference. In 12 of its 18 games, the opposing team has scored only three goals or less.

Tomorrow, the Wolverines will face Arroyo Grande in their first round of the Irvine Tournament.
