In his own words:

Q: Were you disappointed with the outcome of the team’s season this year?

A: Of course I was disappointed we didn’t make the playoffs, that was our main goal. I felt like I could have produced more in league play and created better opportunities because I did not hit very well in pressure situations this year.

Q: What do you feel needs to happen for the team to have a successful season next year?

A: We need to start pitching better and be more relaxed during games. Sometimes when we mistake we let it snowball, we have to focus on not letting mistakes affect us in the end of the game.

Q: What are your goals for next year, both for your own play and that of the team?

A: For myself, I want to steal more bases and work on hitting off speed pitches. I feel that if I can start hitting off speed pitches I can really become a complete hitter. As for the team, our goal is of course to try and make playoffs, and hopefully win league.
