Many students prefer audiobooks

The library has recently experienced a surge in the popularity of checking out iPods filled with audiobooks for the majority of the upper school English curriculum rather than with music.
“The audiobooks have an added value because they don’t take the place of a book but rather give a student inflections and emotions that they might not get otherwise,” Head Librarian Shannon Acedo said. “They are a really useful reinforcement of the material.”
