Prefect Council announced the new policy regarding absences on the weekends of Coachella Music Festival. Students can either miss the Friday or Monday of the weekend as an excused absence.
School announces new Coachella policy
The Upper School is mandating the use of phone caddies in the classroom for the fourth quarter to prevent further distractions from cellphones following an increase in Honor Board cases related to phone usage. The use of earbuds and headphones in the classroom will also be strictly prohibited.

    Photography project allows students to teach teachers

    March 15, 2007

    Photography teacher Kevin O’Malley assigned a new project for his Advanced Photography II class called “Teaching the Teacher.” The project involves students showing teachers how to use Photoshop, reduce “red eye,” take great pictures with advanced cameras and develop pictures in a dark room. Students will also show teachers how to mount the photos. They will be exhibited in the first floor Seaver corridor. Teachers such as Allen Sasaki and Swimming Coach Darlene Bible have already signed up.
