Students to compete in Moot Court competition

December 13, 2006

Four students will go to the Duke Moot Court Competition in February of next year, the first time Harvard-Westlake students will participate in the competition. Two teams, consisting of Jon Loder ’07 and Julia Hahn ’09, and Danielle Kolin ’08 and Melissa Saphier ’08 have been invited to participate in a scored discussion at Duke Law School, it involves writing a 500-word essay and culminates in a tournament judged by professional judges.
