    Visiting students perform ‘Gargantua’

    The Midnite Youth Theater Company from Christ Church School in Perth, Australia performed their show “Gargantua” in Rugby theater on Friday, Jan. 11 at 6 p.m. and on the middle school campus at 3:30 p.m. Admission to all performances was free.

    Drew Stocker, a colleague and friend of Head of the Performing Arts Department Rees Pugh, directed the 50-minute production described as “Monty Python meets [French satirist] Rabelais.”

    Before the Upper School show, the 12-member ensemble joined the Harvard-Westlake Scene Monkeys for their weekly rehearsal.
