Girls’ volleyball swept by Notre Dame

The girls’ volleyball team lost to Notre Dame in straight games on Thursday, Sept. 27. Led by sophomore Zana Muno, the Knights beat the Wolverines the score of, 28-26, 25-22 and 25-23. The game attracted a large crowd, according to LA Times online,  including one fan wearing a banana suit.

The Wolverines fell to 1-1 in Mission League play having beat Alemany in straight sets on Tuesday, Sept. 18. Overall, the Wolverines stand at 12-4 and take on non-league opponent Lakewood on Friday, Sept. 28
