After an extensive playoff run, the boys’ and girls’ cross country teams concluded their seasons at State Finals Saturday at Woodward Park, where the boys finished 12th overall while the girls took fifth.
Trishta Dordi ’15 placed 13th in the girls’ race, as boys’ co-captain David Manahan ’14 finished 27th individually in the boys’ race.
The Wolverines’ playoff runs began at Mission League Finals, where the girls successfully defended their League title and won for the fifth straight year while the boys took second. After League Finals, both teams survived elimination twice, at CIF Preliminaries and CIF Finals, to make their way to the final playoff stage, State Finals.
