Behind nine strikeouts and a complete game from pitcher Jack Flaherty ’14, the varsity baseball team defeated Chaminade 4-1 May 6 to capture its 19th win of the season.
The Wolverines split their last series against Alemany and they close out their series against the Eagles on May 9.
The team is now 19-5-1 overall and 6-2-1 in Mission League play which they will close out on May 13 and 15 when the Wolverines play Notre Dame in a two game series.
