Harvard-Westlake’s Chinese Culture Club members and Chinese language class sang and gave speeches during the 24th annual Chinese New Year Luncheon.
The event was held at the Skirball Cultural Center March 8 and was organized by a Chinese New Year Planning Committee.
More than 300 students, faculty and parents come together annually to celebrate this Chinese tradition.
The luncheon opened with a traditional Chinese dragon dance. President Rick Commons and Head of School Jeanne Huybrechts were honored at the ceremony.
