By David Gobel

After losing to rival Loyola in three games Thursday, the boys’ volleyball team dropped to 8-15, and its league record fell to 3-5. David Burton ’11 and Charlton Azuoma ’12 were not present at the game, and Chase Klein ’13 did not play because of an injury.

After going 4-1 during the Dos Pueblos tournament, the Wolverines have lost three of their last four games in league play. During this strech, the team has lost twice to Loyola, which is ranked third in Division I of CIF.

On Tuesday, the team played Chaminade and lost 25-22, 25-19, 21-25, 25-22. The team will face St. Francis at home next Thursday.
