With two goals from Hannah Lichtenstein ’13, the girls’ soccer team defeated Notre Dame 2-0 Wednesday, earning its eighth shutout through 13 games this season.

The victory caps off a season sweep for the girls over Notre Dame after beating the Knights on their own turf 7-0 earlier in the year.

With the victory, the team extends its streak without a loss in the Mission League to seven games dating back to last season. The girls will continue their league stretch through the last six games of the season with upcoming matchups against Louisville and Chaminade next week.
