The girls’ varsity soccer team followed up its 8-0 rout of Louisville Jan. 8 with a 3-0 victory over Notre Dame tonight, moving the team to eight straight games without a loss. Since their last loss to Mira Costa Dec. 13, the Wolverines have earned seven wins and one draw while outscoring their opponents 34-3.
Midfielders Quinn Frankel ’16 and Courtney Corrin ’16 accounted for the Wolverines’ goal tally Friday – Frankel knocked in two goals for her second straight game with a brace, with Corrin adding one in the second half.
Now standing at 9-1-1 on the season, the team will look to keep its streak alive Jan. 13 against Flintridge Sacred Heart at Occidental College.
