The school has partnered with Alfred Coffee to offer upper school students 15% off all in-person orders at the Ventura Boulevard location. In an email to upper school students, Prefect Council announced the collaboration lasts from Oct. 3 to Dec. 31.
Sasha Weinstock ’26 said the discount makes her more eager to purchase Alfred Coffee.
“It gives me an opportunity to get the things I want without spending as much, so I’ll definitely be buying [Alfred Coffee] more often,” Weinstock said. “I had been buying way too much recently, but now that there is a discount, I’ll feel less bad about it.”
Sophomore Prefect Caroline Cosgrove ’26 said Prefect Council has been working closely with local businesses around the school, in addition to Alfred Coffee.
“We have been working with different popular restaurants close to campus to try to get discounts for students,” Cosgrove said. “So far, we have gotten a 15% discount at Alfred’s, and we are hoping to work with other popular places close by.”
To qualify for the discount, students must make an in-person order at the Ventura location and show their school ID.
