Students from the class of 2013 will no longer have access to their Harvard-Westlake email accounts as of Oct. 15.
In an email sent to the recently graduated seniors, Director of Alumni Relations Susan Beeson ’96 instructed students to provide a “non-HW” email address so that they could be kept up-to-date with school and alumni events and activities.
Beeson reminded students that their email addresses would not be used to solicit donations until 2017, when many will graduate from college.
Students who wish to save any emails that are on their school email should forward them to an external email account, Network Administrator Carlos Lopez said.
