Starting today, school-wide e-mail service will once again be availible to students. A school based e-mail service will replace last yearsâ www.gaggle.net based system, according to Director of Computer Services Dave Ruben. Ruben cited poor reliablity as the main reason for terminating the companyâs contract.
The new system will:
Be run by a server located on campus and managed by Harvard-Westlake computer services
Offer users additional features such as an address book and calendar
Follow the same format as last yearâs addresses: “last name.first [email protected]”
Have new passwords for all users
