The Chinese Parentsâ Club will host a celebration of the Chinese New Year at the home of Hendra and Astrid Anwar (Garreth â08) Feb. 25. The entire faculty, all students studying Chinese and the Chinese Parentsâ Club are invited. The Jazz Explorers will perform Chinese music. There will be a boba tea station, as well as special âLion Danceâ and âLotus Danceâ ceremonies. The event will also celebrate President Thomas C. Hudnutâs birth year, the Year of the Boar.
