“Silhouette,” a show comprised of work by students in the Photo 3 classes opened in Feldman-Horn gallery today during break.
The seniors in these classes were assigned to create larger-than-life silhouettes out of construction paper of the subject of one of their photos. The silhouettes created ranged from birds on a telephone wire to the figure of a girl with fairy wings.
The silhouettes were mounted in the gallery on top of huge multicolored rhombuses made by Ingrid Chang ’11 and Hannah Rosenberg ’11, who were asked instructor Kevin O’Malley to come up with a design to go with the Photo 3 projects.
