Following their first league meet last week, the varsity cross country teams competed yesterday in their first invitational of the season, the Woodbridge Invitational at Estancia High school.
Ben Weissenbach ’15, who finished first in his race last week, placed third in the boys’ Division II senior race, while boys’ co-captain David Manahan ’14 took ninth.
The cross country teams will next take part in the Wayne Walker Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 22 at Craig Park.
