The school filed a restraining order against Jonathan Martin ’08 Thursday, according to ABC News.
The former NFL player was detained by police last week after posting a threatening photo on Instagram, leading to a school closure. The photo showed a shotgun and ammunition and the hashtag #HarvardWestlake.
According to ABC News, the order prohibits Martin from entering the campus and requires him to stay 150 yards away from school properties, facilities and President Rick Commons. Commons did not have a comment.
Police are investigating whether the Instagram account and post was created by Martin or hackers.
