Morgan Hallock ’13 committed to the Princeton Tigers on Nov. 11 to continue her water polo career collegiately. She signed her National Letter of Intent last week.
“Out of all the schools that I looked at, Princeton was the one I felt most comfortable at, and I really thought that I would succeed at the best in water polo and academics,” Hallock said. “The opportunities I would have to both play a lot at the school and really pursue what I’m interested in doing for a career.”
Hallock chose Princeton over Stanford and USC, where she was also recruited. Both of Hallock’s parents went to USC.
The Princeton girls’ water polo team finished fifth in the NCAA championships last year.
Hallock said she will play center for the Tigers, and she also plans to contribute to the team early in her career.
Hallock has led the Wolverines to two straight CIF championships.
