In its first League game, the varsity baseball team did what its done every other game this season: win.
The Wolverines improved to 7-0 on the season with their 5-0 victory at Loyola. Jack Flaherty ’14 threw a complete game shutout, striking out seven while giving up two hits and a walk. Brian Ginsberg ’14, Alex Horowitz ’13 and Ezra Steinberg ’15 all recorded RBIs.
The Wolverines play host to the Cubs this Friday, with a 3:30 p.m. game at O’Malley Field.
