Coming off a 5-1 win against Flintridge Sacred Heart the Wolverine softball team defeated Chaminade 7-6 in an extra innings game on Thursday.
The team lost to Chaminade 2-1, a mere five games ago, but in this most recent game Chaminade made five errors.
In addition to Chaminade’s mistakes the Wolverines had clutch performances from Ashley Wu ’13 and Chloe Pendergast ’13.
Wu’s RBI in the eighth inning brought Jordan Ellison ’15 home for the game winning run.
The Wolverines face Notre Dame at home on Monday.
