Both the boys’ and girls’ cross country teams advanced to the CIF Finals, which will be held at Mount San Antonio College on Nov. 23.
The teams raced in CIF Prelims at Mt. Sac on Nov. 16, where the girls’ team placed second and the boys’ squad finished fourth, both in Division 4.
Lizzy Thomas ’14 continued her elite senior campaign by winning her individual heat with a time of 18:12.
The boys’ team was led by Jack Stovitz ’16, who clocked in at 16:34, which was good enough for 15 place in a field of 120 runners.
