Second baseman Ezra Steinberg ’15 went five for five at the plate to help the varsity baseball team defeat West Ranch 6-3 in the Easton tournament championship game March 12, moving the Wolverines to 5-0 overall on the season.
Michael Vokulich ’14 got his second start of the season for the now 5-0 Wolverines and batted in the clean-up spot for the second straight game. Vokulich gave up three hits through five innings, with Will Klink ’16 closing the last two innings for the save.
The team will travel to Oaks Christian on March 14 for their last game before they open their league season against St. Francis.
