The girls’ golf team defeated Marymount at Encino-Balboa Golf Course on Thursday in their season opener.
The Wolverines shot 219, beating Marymount by 54 strokes. Josie Baker ’18, shot even par 37, Lauren Song ’16, shot a 3-over 40 and Chantalle Wang ’17, shot a 10-over 47.
The team faces off against Chaminade Sept. 9 at Woodley Park Golf Course and will play in an invitational tournament at Los Verdes Golf Course Sept. 11.
