Approximately 230 seniors arrived at the Cedar Lake Campground in Big Bear Lake, California for the annual senior retreat yesterday. They will be there until Thursday, coming back on time for graduation practice.
Students can participate in various activities such as canoeing, hiking and swimming as well as a talent show show on Wednesday night. That night there will also be a tropical themed dance.
The campground is a famous backdrop for many films and television shows including “The Parent Trap” (1961) and “Bonanza.”
The trip is not mandatory for all seniors.
