Patrick McCullough said he is looking forward to discussing contemporary issues with his students as a new member of the History Department.
McCullough will teach United States History.
“I am excited to participate in a community that is devoted to learning and where teachers and students care about learning,” McCullough said.
McCullough graduated from Messiah College and worked as a teaching assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles where he taught classes on ancient history.
He also earned his doctorate in the History of Religion, Early Christianity from UCLA and holds a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
McCullough studied cultural developments involving politics and religion.
“I am really looking forward to teaching, because I appreciate the ability to expand what I’ve worked on before and also be able to talk a little more about contemporary issues,” McCullough said.
