Students, staff and faculty had difficulty accessing the Harvard-Westlake website Oct. 3 due to a DNS service corruption at Time Warner.
Students were unable to access hw.com from their home Time Warner internet service.
Network Manager David Hartmann and his team collaborated with Time Warner Oct. 4 and tried to convince them that the service had an error and to resolve it.
Computer Service Head Dave Ruben said that the problem was “exclusively a Time Warner issue.”
