Ambassador Mark R. Dybul and Dr. Alex Coutinho spoke to David Hindenâs Genetics and Biotechnology class and an Anatomy and Physiology class May 1. Dybul works as the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, trying to implement President George Bushâs Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Coutinho is a public health physician working with HIV in Africa. He is the executive director of the AIDS Support Organization. The two talked about their efforts to combat AIDS in Africa.
