Coldwater Canyon Ave. is undergoing maintenance again and is set to finish by November 2025. The street's last roadwork project was in 2023 after a water breakage. Just like with the construction in 2023, the increased traffic and congestion has hindered students' and faculty's commute despite them taking alternate routes.

The new layout will include 520 apartment units, 78 of which are reserved for low-income tenants and 45,000 square feet of commercial space, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.

Varsity girls’ cross country celebrates their state championship at the Champions’ Day assembly during break on Dec. 7. It was the first time girls’ cross country won the championship. The Prefect Council provided Diddy Reese cookies and Jamba Juice after the ceremony.
