Prefect Council hosted its annual activities fair Monday, Sept. 24 during activities period. Club members set up tables on the quad with snacks and posters and informed students about their group. Students were able to explore these club options and sign up for the ones they were interested in.
According to Head Prefect Katie Lim ’13 there were a “record breaking” total of 58 clubs that participated in the fair ranging from Paintball Club and the Gay-Straight Alliance to Junior Classical League and Dungeons and Dragons Club. KHWS played music throughout the entire event and, as usual, the Fanatics sold 2012-2013 Fanatics t-shirts that quickly sold-out.
“As cheesy as it is, it’s a real community event.” Lim said. “The free food and music definitely helps.”
