After winning the first two games of their season, the girls’ field hockey team was defeated 2-0 by Edison High School Friday. The Wolverines defeated Edison last season by a score of 2-0 in the Los Angeles Field Hockey Association championship.
The team will look to get back to its winning ways Sept. 16, when the squad takes on Fountain Valley High School at Ted Slavin Field.
