The boys’ soccer team won a taut 1-0 victory over Culver City on Friday night, securing its first home victory of the season.
The Wolverines’ high-press system set up Will Roskin ’18’s decisive goal, the second of his career. After surrendering five goals in its first game of the season, the back line has rebounded to record back-to-back shutouts.
After a week off, the team will take their 2-1 record into the South Torrance High School Tournament on Dec. 20.
